The big picture: Christmas

December 28, 2009

Inspired by the Boston Globe’s The Big Picture, I thought I would treat this blog to a little more imagery. After all, I’ve shot over than 2,500 pictures in the last half year, and I’m really starting to love photography (and hopefully, getting a little better at it?). As they say, a picture says more than a thousand words.

So for startes, I’ll give you a little look at my Christmas in Germany with my wonderful family.

The three holy men on their treck through the living room, to arrive at the stable Jan. 6th.

My mom put 500 electric lights on the Christmas tree! And real candles as well.

Boxes of ornaments

Boxes of ornaments wait to be hung on the tree.

Not just the tree, the whole house is decorated.

The cat's going for the treat

Even the cats get Christmas presents. Careful when you unwrap one of them!
